Identity

Bookings — what is collected, and why

Name, email, phone and country (both optional), your message, your dates and the price. Used to hold the dates, send the payment instructions and the confirmation, and keep the accounts. Nothing else.

Your bank transfer lands on our business account: we see the payer's name, the amount and the reference — that is what confirms the stay.

Processors

• Qonto — business bank account, receives the transfers.
• Our email provider — sends the booking emails.
• Akamai Connected Cloud (Linode) — hosts this site.

Retention

• Paid bookings and the bank ledger: 10 years (accounting rules).
• Unpaid bookings that expired or were cancelled: 12 months.
• Applications and requests: until handled, then archived.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection: write to l0ic.l36uen@proton.me. No advertising, no profiling, no tracking cookies — only the CSRF cookie that protects the forms, and a session cookie on the admin.
