A consultation is €80 per hour. We speak by video call, or in person at the farmhouse if you are here or passing through. You bring the question, and I bring my full attention and what I have understood about human needs.

Raw food is where my expertise lies, and many people come for that: how to begin, how to handle these foods, what goes wrong and why. But my passion is how a human being works, every one of our needs included, and over the years I have learned my way around each of them. So the conversation can go well beyond the plate: sleep, movement, sun, silence, relationships, and the parts of your life where these needs are at stake. That is what I mean when I call myself a holistic guide.
