About

I never felt I belonged in this world.

That's where my story starts, and it's why I do what I do today. For twelve years I searched for what a human being needs, because I needed it myself, and I found the answer in nature.

Where it began

It began because I was lost. From the start, something in this world did not fit me, and my body said so: my health was poor and gave me more than my share of problems, and I was not happy.

That suffering is what pushed me to search. It also made me more sensitive to what others said about their own, and I soon came across some unusual people who inspired me.

The instinct toward nature

Even then, something in me knew which way to go. I had an understanding, an instinct, that pointed toward nature. It was a quest for truth, and the truth I kept finding was simple: what was natural was what was good for me. I understood this very early. Everything else started from there.

A long unlearning

It was a long road, because nature is not easy to understand. Our picture of it can be unrealistic, biased, full of illusions, short on nuance, and no one teaches us better. Our societies are built on morals and systems that run against nature's own, and we pay for it with our instincts. Without instincts, nature is hard to read.

So I had to unlearn as much as I learned, and it took years.

Understanding human needs

My passion became understanding nature, and above all how a human being works: the animal we are. We are natural beings, and our needs are met in a natural environment that matches our physiological needs. That sentence is the whole of what I learned.

Those needs are many and varied, and none of them is optional. Food, what our cells are fed with. Air. Sun, and the circadian rhythms it sets. Water. Sleep. A relative silence. Functional movement. Relationships: the tribe, and love. There is no order among them and nothing to take away: they work as one, and well-being emerges only when all of them are met together. They are legitimate and necessary, and in today's world they are hard, sometimes impossible, to meet. That is exactly why I want to offer an environment where they can be.

Feralist, and the lost world

The name comes from feralism, another project of mine, and one I hold close. Feralism fights artificiality, so that human needs can be met here on Earth.

Meanwhile, as one person living in an artificial world, I can do something smaller and more concrete. I can offer a small microcosm of that life, one that recalls the lost world we long for and want to find again. That microcosm exists. It is a mas in the Pyrénées-Orientales, and it is where I live. What I open to you is my time.

What I do today

Holistic guide, passionate about human needs. That's how I put it, in a few words. I know raw food inside and out, from years of practice and from watching the difficulties people run into when they change the way they eat. But the needs don't stop at the plate, and neither do I.

So I live at a mas where all of those needs can be met, with food from Primal Elite, my food project, and I accompany ten people there at a time. I'm always there, and always available: I pass on what I know to those who want it, and I leave the others to their rest. I also give consultations, by video or in person, on food and on any other area of life where a need is asking to be heard. If I had to put what I offer in one phrase: a door to life, and the discovery of a fulfilled self.

Come and live it.

Reading about needs is one thing; feeling what it is like to meet all of them is another. I am there all year, for now. Tell me when you would like to come, and I will answer you myself.
